With decades of combined knowledge interwoven in our projects, along with the team’s full presence during all aspects of construction, from planning and design to the gaining of investment and eventual sale, all of which has enabled the company to deliver an array of highly specialised, flexible and creative solutions tailored to each individual project at hand and also to reinforce our position as a leading and progressive commercial and residential developer.
Orchard Australia Holdings, whilst being deliberately prudent in our approach to real estate has, and continues to, enjoy the challenge with government, private, large and small corporations and single land owners. As Lead Developers, Joint Developers and Development Managers of many varied activities, has led to many astounding opportunities for investors.
